How many vehicles can I book for my congress?+
There is no limit. We manage fleets of 2 to 20+ vehicles in parallel with a single logistics contact. We coordinate staggered departures, last-minute changes and split groups.
Do you cover hotel → venue → airport transfers?+
Yes. We build a complete transfer plan covering all congress movements: delegate arrivals, hotel-venue shuttles, gala dinner, departures. One contract for the entire event.
How does early morning driver check-in work?+
Drivers arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes early. For pick-ups before 06:00 we confirm the previous day via WhatsApp. Night surcharge may apply.
Do you invoice trade associations and universities?+
Yes. We issue electronic invoices split by paying entity. We offer dedicated terms for universities and non-profit associations.
What if a VIP speaker is delayed?+
Our dedicated driver stays in contact with the coordinator. Free wait up to 30 minutes; beyond that, we charge only the actual extra wait time. No penalty for delays communicated in advance.
