Do I already need an NCC licence?+
Ideally yes. If you don't have one but are interested in obtaining it, contact us: we guide you through the procedure with the Municipality of Rome and you can apply in advance.
How much can I earn in a month?+
A driver working 5 days/week earns on average between €1,800 and €2,800. Those also working weekends and holidays often exceed €3,000/month. 80% of the fare goes to the driver.
Can I choose whether to accept a ride?+
Yes. Rides are offered to you on the app and you can accept or decline them. There is no penalty for refusing, but a high acceptance rate improves your positioning in the system.
How am I paid?+
Each month you receive a summary of completed rides and request payment from the app. Bank transfer within 5 working days.
Can I use my own vehicle?+
Yes, provided it is a sedan or van of the appropriate category (max 8 years old). You can also access our rental partners at preferential rates.
