The cost of a private driver depends on four main variables:
- Type of service — point-to-point transfer, multi-stop tour, hourly hire
- Distance and route — airport route, city route, long-distance route (e.g. Civitavecchia)
- Type of vehicle — saloon for up to 4 people, van for up to 7 people
- Time of day — the NCC model works with fixed prices; night supplements are agreed upfront
The NCC (Noleggio con Conducente) model always works with a fixed price agreed in advance: no meter, no traffic-related variables, no extra cost at the time of payment.

There are two distinct full-day products, often confused with each other:

Hourly hire (flexible service)
For those with meetings, shopping or multiple city journeys without a fixed itinerary:
- Hourly rate: from €55/hour
- Minimum: 3 hours (€165)
- Includes vehicle, driver, fuel, parking at our expense
Here is a direct comparison for the most requested route — Fiumicino → Rome centre:

For the Fiumicino route the taxi has a fixed fare of €48 that makes it competitive. But on any other route — Ciampino, Civitavecchia, tours, hourly hire — the meter can vary enormously depending on traffic. A journey from Ciampino to Rome can cost €35 in light traffic or €60 at peak hours, with no warning.
With NCC the price is the one agreed, always.
Not included:
- Museum and attraction entrance tickets (Colosseum, Vatican, etc.)
- Extended extra stops beyond agreed terms (agreed beforehand)
- Meals or tourist guides
There are no hidden items. The quote you receive is the total to pay.
